BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN THE BAY OF SAN TERENZO

A charming villa near Lerici surrounded by beautiful gardens in a scenic location overlooking the bay

This beautiful villa is located in the bay of San Terenzo, on a panoramic promontory overlooking the stretch of sea between Lerici and Porto Venere, known as the Gulf of Poets.

Its origin belongs to the second half of the eighteenth century, when it was built as a holiday home. Due to local tradition, the splendid terrace upheld the “garden of citrus fruit”, while around the slopes were planted vines and olive trees that, in the nineteenth, gave way to beautifully landscaped gardens dotted with trails, paths and small geometric beds.

The terrace offers a stunning view of the sea. The play of geometry and the color of flowers enchant the charm of its gardens. The park and the garden of the Villa enjoy a breathtaking view over the bay and can accommodate receptions up to 300 guests, while the dining room, decorated with refinement and elegance, can accommodate up to 200 people.

A charming and refined location for your special day and private reception.
