Villa Riviera is a diffuse, 5-star resort consisting of 2 villas:

    • Villa 900, built in 1913 as a stately home, characterised by a harmonious contrast between neoclassical frescoes and modern furniture and

    • Villa 800, a former country villa dating back to the 1800s, renovated in 2022 in New Art Deco style
In addition to the 10 suites and 5 rooms that can accommodate 30 people, the complex features an infinity pool with pool bar, open air spa, two restaurants and a huge, lush terraced garden with an incredible sea view.

To celebrate an event at Villa Riviera, we offer exclusive rental of the entire resort: including all 15 rooms and spaces suitable for hosting the event. Villa 800 is dedicated to events: it has a multifunctional outdoor area where you can set up various events: a 225 m2 terrace (covered by a pergola and tensile structure that also serves as ‘plan B’ in the event of bad weather), two large lawns with a sea view and a large olive grove, as well as some indoor spaces that can be used for the party.
The cost is € 24,000 (VAT included)

The rental of the Resort follows the timing and rules of a hotel.
      A one-day exclusive rental means

      • check-in from 15:00 – the bridal suite will be available as early as possible to give the bride and groom a chance to get ready on site. they will try to be as flexible as possible for the entrance of the suppliers, compatible with the presence of the other departing guests

      • check-out the next day by 11 a.m.
For this reason, renting the venue for a single day means that the (symbolic) ceremony is organised in the late afternoon and the wedding banquet in the evening. The party continues in the dedicated spaces inside the villa after midnight

Another important feature of Villa Riviera is the presence of two restaurants so dishes are prepared on-site by our chef and kitchen staff – an example of a menu fully customisable can be found in the brochure.

        Extra costs may arise:

        • According to current regulations, the music outside must be turned off at midnight. The party can continue indoors by paying an extra charge (€500 until 3 a.m.). The bride and groom are responsible for their obligations towards the SIAE and indemnify Villa Riviera from any civil or administrative liability resulting from any breach.

        • Villa Riviera ensures the presence of security staff for events of up to 100 people. Beyond this number, extra security will be organised by VR resort at an extra cost (€ 300).

        • Parking spaces can accommodate up to 20 cars. To park more cars, a valet service must be activated (400€). The number of cars must be authorised by Villa Riviera in advance. It is possible to use our shuttle (7 places 50€/hour) for the service or to organise an external shuttle service with one of our regular suppliers for larger capacity and night service.

        • Villa Riviera can organise a symbolic ceremony: set-up, dis- set-up, piped sound system: 300€ (VAT included). Floral decoration is not included and the cost of the decorations depends on the type/quantity of the decorations.

        • The mise en place (tables, chairs, tableware) is included in the cost of the menu while the wedding cake is extra.

        • Villa Riviera provides all the furnishings and equipment to set up the ceremony and to set up and serve the aperitif, banquet and open bar, however if the bride and groom prefer a different style from our supplies, we can provide it. All materials provided by external suppliers (hire, transport and porterage) are the bride and groom’s responsibility.

        • Open bar: 15€ / guest / 1 h for 3 hours of service. After 3 hours, the service is paid for on consumption.

          Further information:

          • A security deposit is required: €2,000 to be paid at check-in by credit card or cash – which will be returned on departure if the property has not suffered any deterioration and/or damage

          • Access to the pool area is possible during events, but swimming is prohibited.

          • Extra event hotel facilities (pool, spa, parking) may only be used by guests staying at the resort and between check-in and check-out times.

          • Villa Riviera does not take responsibility for unattended or lost items left by guests during the event.

            • Liability for any damage or extra cleaning to the venues or equipment used during the event will be charged to the bride and groom.

            • Children are more than welcome at the event. Still, as Villa Riviera is an adults-only hotel, the rooms are furnished with only one double bed, so only children who can sleep in a separate room from their parents can be accommodated.

            • Small pets are welcome during the event but not during the stay. 4 km from VR, there is Villa Bau (accommodation, kindergarten, transport and dog-sitting service) that can accommodate your furry friend.
