The Tuscany region is a place rich in history, dreams, creativity and work.

Since one thousand years Castello in Gaiole stands on top of a hill in Chianti where the main connections of communication between Siena, Florence and Valdarno meet together, and since way back in time the castle protects its lands and its vineyards.

Forests ,wild animals, rocks. Pigs are born and bred, die and then resurrect . Bees and honey. Rooms, kitchen, events, festivals. Culture, curiosities and history.

Olives and oil. Vines and wine. Fortress and village.

It is not impossible to find something similar in Tuscany but what makes the Castello in Gaiole unique is the diversity of their activities but also the approach in which they work hard every day: to create the complexity that, like for every living organism, is the best way to insure the future.
